How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, Zelle, Cash-app, & Cash.
Is there a delivery fee?
A delivery fee is added for locations more than 15 miles away.
How long are the rentals?
All rentals are 24 hours. Next day pickup applies, except on holidays.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your event.
Are deposits refundable if I cancel?
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations due to weather or made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
How far in advance should I book my rental?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to secure your date, especially during peak seasons.
Can I add or change items after booking?
We will do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.
